I came to America not too long ago, bringing my big family, a deep love for meat, and a passion for bold flavors. For the past 15 years, I’ve been working in the restaurant business and perfecting the craft of making high-quality cured meats. My father was a well-known sausage maker in southern Ukraine and the heart of our family’s meat business. His success story is what inspired me to start Papa Did It.
