Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all food items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at orders@papadidit.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report an issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
