Cancellation policy

Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how subscription purchases can be managed, changed, or canceled.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription from Papa Did It, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery schedule you select at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each recurring delivery unless the subscription is canceled or modified.

You may pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled charge. Subscription management links are included in your order confirmation email and customer account.

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to our Refund Policy.

PRE-ORDERS

Papa Did It does not currently offer pre-orders.
